You will work in a well-structured company with clear processes and technology to streamline daily operations, supporting the accounting team in routine tasks and interacting directly with experienced professionals. * Organize and verify fiscal and accounting documents; ICMS calculation under the National Regime; PIS and COFINS calculation under the Real Profit regime; IRPJ and CSLL calculation under the Real Profit regime; SPED ICMS/IPI; SPED Social Contributions (PIS and COFINS); SPED ECD and ECF; MIT; EFD-Reinf; DCTFWeb. * Preparation of trial balances and financial statements * Monthly and annual accounting closing * Updating control spreadsheets and management reports * Supporting audits and tax inspections * Contributing to continuous improvement of accounting processes Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences (currently enrolled or completed) * Prior experience in accounting routines * Knowledge of accounting classification and reconciliations * Basic understanding of accounting and tax legislation * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ERP accounting systems * Experience in an accounting firm or BPO environment * Knowledge of SPED, ECD, and ECF * Active CRC registration or in the process of obtaining it * Participation in accounting update courses/training programs Benefits We offer a collaborative environment with close leadership and a focus on continuous development, enabling rapid advancement in your accounting career. * Market-competitive salary and a structured career development plan * Competitive benefits (meal allowance/food voucher, transportation voucher, health insurance) * Total pass
