Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for end-to-end contract management, from proposal analysis through execution control, billing, and tax analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of contracts and tenders 2. Analysis of contractual clauses and tax aspects 3. Due diligence with suppliers and internal alignment Management of contracts arising from tenders, direct procurements, and headquarters contracts. Analysis of contractual clauses, proposals, and execution conditions. Control of deadlines, validity periods, billing, and contract execution. Tax and fiscal analysis: evaluation of tax rates on invoices and EFD\-REINF classification. Receipt of invoices, verification, and forwarding for payment. Issuance of service orders, material supply, and preparation of addenda. Publication of instruments/amendments and generation of management reports. Conducting due diligence with suppliers and alignment meetings with internal departments. Knowledge of legislation related to contracts. Intermediate Excel/Office Suite. Experience with contract management systems (ERPs). Experience with contract management systems (ERPs). Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Law.
