OSID – Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce is one of the largest philanthropic institutions in the country, performing approximately 5.6 million outpatient procedures annually in Bahia for users of the Unified Health System (SUS), elderly individuals, people with disabilities and craniofacial deformities, people experiencing homelessness, users of psychoactive substances, and children and adolescents at social risk.
This entity offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform administrative support activities for leadership and typing of results under the supervision of Clinical Biochemists;
* Serve internal and external customers, both in providing and receiving information;
* Organize and maintain files of issued requisition forms, test results, and other documents, classifying and arranging them chronologically and alphabetically to facilitate consultation and information retrieval;
* Arrange maintenance of equipment and facilities by identifying needs, contacting the relevant department and/or specialized companies to ensure proper operational conditions;
* Request office supplies and consumables through a specific system, recording quantities and product specifications, and forwarding requests to the relevant department to meet area requirements;
* Enter payment invoices using specific systems;
* Disseminate general information to employees and organize internal events according to Leadership guidance;
* Open service tickets via specific systems to resolve or repair emergent issues affecting the center;
* Manage appointment schedules for medical examinations and consultations (or other specialties) for LBTC employees, verifying available dates and time slots and recording scheduled appointments.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Six months of experience in similar positions.
