**Purpose and Impact of the Role**

The Procurement Assistant will provide administrative support to operations desks. In this role, you will prepare routine reports, commodity price reports, profit and loss estimates, and other support tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
--------------------------------
* Maintain and nurture established relationships with small accounts, customers, and cocoa suppliers.
* Collaborate closely with various business partners, including supply chain and field teams, to achieve origination objectives.
* Prepare reports and conduct competitive analyses, such as pricing spreadsheets, regular origination reports, position reconciliations, as well as profit and loss estimates.
* Handle moderately complex administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team.
* Support the buyer by performing administrative activities as well as public-facing duties.

* Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Relevant professional experience.
