#### **About the position:** The Loss Prevention Agent is responsible for protecting company assets by preventing operational losses, fraud, and other types of damage that may impact financial results. This professional works strategically to ensure product integrity and minimize risks and losses. They monitor and oversee internal procedures, suggesting preventive and corrective measures through incident analysis to ensure inventory accuracy. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Record and handle damages with commercial departments and suppliers to minimize known losses. * Record all internal requisitions to ensure accuracy of both physical and system inventory. * Actively participate in regular inventories to ensure inventory record accuracy and identify the true causes of missing merchandise. * Review reports on non-selling and negative-stock items to support better inventory management. * Coordinate the Validity Brigade and liaise with the commercial department to sell products nearing critical dates. * Apply checklists. * Conduct audits and monitor standard operational procedures. * Issue and process return invoices. * Enter blade order requests. * Count and order packaging materials. * Perform inventories requested by commercial/DC and Operations. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience as a Loss Prevention Agent or in similar roles. * Proven experience in Loss Prevention, with focus on inventory. * Prior experience in retail and/or industry. #### **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria. * Health insurance plan. * Dental insurance plan. * Life insurance. #### **Work schedule and hours:** Must be available to work at any store within the group, as required.
