We are an ecosystem with three business units — **marketplace, eruralpay, and eruralway** — and are currently expanding rapidly, laying the foundation for our next major growth cycles. **About the role:** We are seeking a professional who wants to be the **central figure in structuring and leading our Administration and Finance department.** This is not a role focused on maintaining routine tasks. It is an opportunity for someone who wants to **build systems from scratch**, gain strategic visibility, and directly impact company decisions. If you are hands\-on, think analytically, and want to grow alongside a startup that is transforming an entire sector, this role is for you. **Key challenges of the position:** You will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of operations and creating the processes needed to sustain our growth. This includes everything from day\-to\-day financial control to directly supporting leadership in strategic decisions — including investor relations and modeling new businesses. **Responsibilities and duties** ----------------------------------- **Your day\-to\-day at erural:** **Finance:** * Full cash flow and working capital management across all three business units * Budget and monthly forecast setup and monitoring * P\&L analysis per business unit, with appropriate cost allocation and apportionment * Preparation of managerial reports and financial KPIs to support decision\-making across all departments * Support in fundraising processes and investor relations **Administration:** * Accounts payable and receivable management * Supervision of accounting and tax routines in partnership with external accounting firms * Documentation control and compliance management * Contract and strategic supplier management * Development of scalable administrative processes * Physical space and inventory management **Strategy:** * Direct support to leadership in strategic planning and feasibility analyses * Active participation in resource allocation and investment decisions * Development of financial models for new products and initiatives **Requirements and qualifications** ------------------------------ **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in finance and/or administration, preferably within startups or technology companies * Strong experience in cash flow management and financial controls * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets * Hands\-on profile with ability to work autonomously **Nice\-to\-have qualifications:** * Experience at Big4 firms or consulting companies * Experience with marketplaces or multiple business units * Familiarity with BI tools and financial automation platforms * Experience with fundraising processes * Postgraduate degree or MBA **Additional information** -------------------------- **What you’ll find at erural:** Be part of a startup transforming Brazil's livestock industry A welcoming and respectful work environment, nurtured daily by an exceptional team Real career growth opportunities — your growth depends significantly on both your own efforts and ours Continuous feedback and constant challenges throughout your journey with us Education assistance (subject to approval based on internal policy) Health insurance (available after 90 days of contract) Physical wellness platform Flexible working hours PJ contract **Join us in transforming rural Brazil** --------------------------------------- We are **erural** — a technology ecosystem for Brazil’s livestock industry.
