NAVA has open opportunities for Field Service professionals who will provide on-site technical support, ensuring the quality of IT services and our customers' satisfaction. Available shifts and schedules: 5×2 shift, 8 hours daily, from 08:00 to 17:00; 12×36 shift, from 07:00 to 19:00. **Responsibilities and Duties** Daily activities: Responding to technical service requests on-site; Executing checklists, gathering information, and completing visit completion forms; Recording service requests in the ticketing system and performing troubleshooting until resolution; Monitoring and updating tickets with performed activities; Interfacing with other technical departments when necessary; Providing customer service according to established procedures and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Completed high school education; Currently enrolled in or graduated from a higher education program in IT or Electrical Engineering (preferred); Knowledge of microcomputing; User support techniques.
