Resource management and assurance of operational sustainability. **Job Description** **Hybrid**: For this position, daily on-site presence is required. **What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):** * Lead team work activities with safety as a core value, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of workplace organization, hygiene, and ergonomics; * Ensure team high performance through an inclusive work environment where everyone is heard and which provides opportunities for growth, development, and training; * Guarantee the highest-quality processes in product manufacturing, project implementation/validation, and continuous improvement, leading as one unified team to ensure effective communication and problem-solving processes, and committing to our customers; * Lead the team to achieve and exceed production targets through the Global Manufacturing System, promoting a continuous improvement culture with the end customer always at the center; * Manage resources under your responsibility to ensure area budget compliance, maintain operational competitiveness, and manage team workload to maximize work effectiveness and eliminate waste. * Ensure environmental compliance in operations and lead initiatives contributing to business sustainability. **Location:** São José dos Campos/SP **Your Skills and Competencies (Required Qualifications):** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline), Business Administration, Information Technology, or Quality Management; * Minimum intermediate English proficiency; * Proficiency in Power BI tools; * Solid knowledge of GMS (Global Manufacturing System) and quality pillars; * Solid knowledge of manufacturing flow and processes (lean manufacturing); * Solid knowledge of productivity and industrial engineering concepts; * Knowledge of “Problem Solving”, Six Sigma, Red X, OpEx, Design Thinking; * Knowledge of project management (GVDP); * High level of technical and analytical capability to lead problem resolution across all management levels; * Ability to operate effectively in an environment characterized by high autonomy and ambiguity; * Experience in managing and developing high-performance teams; * Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel occasionally; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Willingness to work on-site at the São José dos Campos/SP plant. **What May Set You Apart (Desired Qualifications):** * Postgraduate degree/MBA – Technical or Management; * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (Copilot, DataBricks, etc.). \&\#xa;\&\#xa;GM does not provide immigration\-related sponsorship for this role.
