Job Summary: The Educational Assistant supports pedagogical activities and provides comprehensive classroom-based accompaniment to students with diverse needs, assisting in the mediation and adaptation of educational resources to promote inclusion and respect for diversity. Work Location and Schedule: * Coronel Fabriciano/MG (on-site); * Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. As an Educational Assistant, your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting pedagogical activities; * Providing comprehensive in-classroom accompaniment to students with disabilities, global developmental disorders (including ASD), learning disorders, high abilities/superior intellectual ability, and INSS beneficiaries; * Assisting in mediating pedagogical activities, respecting adaptations and resources specified in individualized educational plans; * Supporting and accompanying students with disabilities in meeting their physical and learning needs, contributing to their development, formation, and competency building; * Supporting the use of accessibility resources and assistive technologies, where applicable; * Acting ethically, respectfully, and confidentially, fostering welcoming environments and valuing diversity in the school setting; * Accompanying multiple students simultaneously, when the nature of their specific needs permits, ensuring quality of support provided. 2511190202461797586
