Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Planning workforce across each area of the Distribution Center, ensuring optimal alignment between demand and staffing per shift and day. * Analyzing demand assumptions and definitions set by the local team to anticipate decision-making and ensure effective and efficient execution. * Assessing potential risks and impacts on the plan to identify solutions and guarantee delivery of metrics within established targets. * Monitoring plan execution throughout the day to ensure weekly/daily planning adherence. * Participating in the design and implementation of new processes within the area. **Requirements:** * Hold a completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Have advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel and/or Google Sheets; programming knowledge is also desirable. * Possess experience in Logistics Planning, Production Control (PCP), Operational Planning, or related areas within logistics operations or industrial sites, including hands-on experience analyzing/controlling KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
