Job Description We are seeking a student to support and serve corporate clients, update CRM data, manage requests via e\-mail and ticketing systems, and assist sales and relationship teams. This position provides learning opportunities in administrative routines, service workflows, portfolio management, and interaction with IT teams of large enterprises. Responsibilities * Update information in the CRM and maintain organized records. * Manage email inbox and tickets via the ticketing system. * Support corporate client service and track request fulfillment. * Identify business opportunities and forward them to the commercial team. * Assist with administrative tasks and document organization. * Monitor automation and AI tools and processes. Requirements * Currently enrolled in Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, Commercial Management, Business Process Management, or related fields. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn.
