If you have leadership experience, enjoy challenges, and seek professional growth, this may be the ideal opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** Manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and staff motivation Monitor and analyze store goals, implementing strategies to achieve results Conduct individual and group feedback sessions to support team development Supervise customer service to ensure excellence in the shopping experience Organize and control inventory, placing orders and restocking as needed Register and verify bills, tracking payments and deadlines Coordinate interviews and hiring to ensure optimal team composition Update the store information board and monitor campaigns, promotions, and price changes Monitor customer service via WhatsApp and Instagram, ensuring active client interaction Participate in periodic meetings and training sessions for ongoing learning and development **Requirements** Completed high school education Experience in team leadership and retail management People management skills, decision-making ability, and conflict resolution capability Strong communication, proactivity, and organizational skills Analytical ability to track metrics and team performance **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience as a store manager or assistant store manager Knowledge of sales strategies and customer retention techniques Proficiency with digital tools and social media for customer service **Benefits and Working Conditions** Salary: fixed (commercial \+ 40% trust position allowance) \+ commission (average earnings between R$ 400.00 and R$ 1,300.00\) Bonuses: Performance-based incentive (between R$ 350.00 and R$ 600.00\) Transportation assistance: R$ 150.00 or transportation voucher Health insurance **Work Location and Schedule** Address: Downtown, Teófilo Otoni, MG Weekly workload: 44 hours Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM ;
