Job Summary: The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the quality and productivity of orange cultivation by applying agricultural techniques and coordinating the team. Position: Technical Supervisor \- Orange (citrus) Description: We are seeking a Technical Supervisor to work in orange (citrus) production. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the quality and productivity of the orchard, as well as implementing appropriate agricultural techniques. Responsibilities: * Supervise planting, cultivation, and harvesting activities for oranges (citrus) * Conduct soil and plant health analyses and monitoring * Coordinate the application of agricultural pesticides and fertilizers * Guide the workforce and ensure compliance with safety regulations * Prepare production monitoring and results reports Requirements: * Degree in Agricultural Engineering or related fields * Prior experience supervising orange (citrus) crops * Knowledge of cultivation techniques, irrigation, and integrated pest management * Leadership ability and teamwork skills * Willingness to reside in the Paracatu, Guarda\-Mor, Lagoa Grande, and surrounding areas
