About the Role: Responsible for leading and executing production activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards, and serving as a technical reference for the team. Responsibilities: * Prepare, sort, and supply materials to production lines, ensuring immediate availability of raw materials. * Perform splices and prepare silicone formulations according to technical specifications, ensuring process compliance. * Complete and control production process documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. * Ensure correct execution of all production process steps, effectively identifying and resolving issues. * Assemble equipment, operate machinery, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production flow. * Serve as a technical reference, guiding and supporting operators on operational and technical matters. * Supervise and develop production assistants, delivering training and operational support. * Conduct quality tests on the production line, ensuring adherence to established standards. * Maintain a clean, organized workplace compliant with good manufacturing practices. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper use of PPE, promoting a safety culture across the team. Qualifications: * Prior experience in an industrial environment, preferably in self-adhesive laminating processes. * Experience leading operational teams on the shop floor. * Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and performance indicators. * Skills in people management, communication, problem solving, and decision making. * Availability to work rotating shifts (including night shifts, if required).
