




Job Summary: HR Payroll Analyst responsible for employee onboarding, payroll processing, ancillary obligations, vacation and termination calculations, labor charges, provision controls, customer service, and legal compliance. HR PAYROLL ANALYST Summary of Job Responsibilities: \- Employee onboarding \- Registering new employees in the system, verifying onboarding documents, and submitting them to eSocial. \- Payroll processing \- Monthly payroll processing, salary calculation, overtime, allowances, deductions, labor charges, and calculation of INSS, FGTS, and IRRF. \- Ancillary obligations \- Submitting events to eSocial, generating and transmitting DCTFWeb, FGTS, and other statutory obligations. \- Vacation and termination calculations (calculation, scheduling, and granting). \- Labor charges and taxes \- Verification and payment of labor charges (INSS, FGTS). \- Provision control (vacations and 13th salary). \- Customer service and support \- Clarifying customer inquiries and providing support on labor-related matters. \- Legal compliance \- Monitoring labor and social security legislation; aligning processes with current regulations. \- Experience with Dominio Sistemas is a plus.
