This is a significant opportunity to ensure legal compliance, promote excellent employee service, and support leadership in people management. ***Benefits*** Attendance Bonus: R$ 200.00 **Main Responsibilities** **Personnel Department** \- Efficiently conduct hiring, termination, and contract termination processes. \- Manage and verify employees’ electronic timekeeping records. \- Perform monthly payroll closing and verification. \- Administer benefits such as attendance allowance and benefit plans. \- Monitor employee vacations, absences, and leaves of absence. \- Monitor medical certificates and INSS-related absences. \- Maintain organization and up-to-date documentation. \- Proactively assist employees by clarifying their questions. \- Support onboarding of new employees, ensuring a welcoming reception. \- Provide support to Management and Leadership. \- Contribute to internal organizational climate initiatives, communication, and internal marketing. \- Participate in continuous improvement of HR internal processes, pursuing innovation and efficiency. **Requirements** \- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (in progress or completed). \- Prior experience in Personnel Department. \- Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. \- High level of organization, attention to detail, and responsibility. \- Excellent communication skills and ethical conduct. **Behavioral Competencies:** \- Organization and sense of responsibility. \- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with professional ethics. \- Strong communication and active listening skills. \- Proactivity. \- Ability to manage deadlines and work routines.
