




Job Summary: A Payroll Department professional to process payroll, social charges, and administer benefits, providing support to employees. Key Highlights: 1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, or Accounting Responsibilities and Activities * Process payroll, vacations, admissions, and terminations; * Calculate social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); * Perform entries, verifications, and adjustments in the electronic timekeeping system; * \-Submit and monitor ancillary obligations (eSocial, CAGED, DIRF);\-Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal/food allowance, health plans, among others);\-Control and organize admission and termination documents;\-Provide support to employees regarding labor-related questions and internal processes;\-Control and formalize termination procedures. Mandatory Requirements \-Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications \-Experience in high-volume employee environments; \-Experience with labor audits; \-Knowledge of HR payroll indicators and process improvement.
