ABOUT THIS POSITION: Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Managing the office and representing the company in interactions with suppliers, customers, condominiums, regulatory inspections, and other stakeholders; * Delivering high-performance customer service; * Providing technical support regarding company processes to guide customers and support decision-making; * Ensuring the best and most seamless customer experience through service delivery and process guidance; * Actively participating in projects, collaborating across departments, and executing activities related to the role; * Representing the company at Support Points (providing guidance and information) through in-person and online meeting presentations; * Document analysis; * Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators; * Identifying opportunities for improving processes and procedures within the Vice Presidency. What You Need: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); * Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Proficiency with numbers and data, project management, process mapping, and process improvement; * Power BI; * English language proficiency; * Knowledge of the insurance industry. This position is 100% on-site, based in Londrina - PR.
