Responding to messages, comments, and direct messages. Pre- and post-sales customer support. Presenting products/services. Closing sales. Position based in João Pessoa / PB. Previous experience as a Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Agent, Customer Service Representative, or Customer Service Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this role. High school diploma required.
