We want someone who genuinely connects with patients and delivers an exceptional experience from the very first contact. **Responsibilities:** * Greet patients warmly and provide humanized care * Assist with the first-visit journey (medical history intake, guidance, and accompaniment) * Conduct clinic orientation tours for new patients * Build connections with patients by understanding their expectations and needs * Actively participate in the **referral campaign**, capturing patient referrals * Create simple content for Instagram Stories (behind-the-scenes, daily routines, and clinic experiences) * Support organization and smooth operation of the front desk **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with people * A warm, friendly, and proactive demeanor * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Confidence in face-to-face and WhatsApp communication * Interest in learning about customer service, sales, and customer experience * Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Instagram) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customer service, reception, or sales **What We Offer, Beyond Salary:** * Meal/food allowance (BRL 738.00, paid via PIX) * Commission based on individual and team goals * Mental health support with psychologist follow-up * Access to Gympass (Wellhub) * Dental treatment with special conditions **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM–12:00 PM / 1:30 PM–7:00 PM * Saturday (every 15 days): 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Location: Araucária/PR.
