Responsibilities: Support procurement planning and control, including obtaining quotations, monitoring suppliers, and delivery deadlines. Record purchase orders, invoices, and manage inventory to ensure ingredient availability. Support the sales team, participate in negotiations for cost optimization, and contribute to demand forecasting.
