Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing and monitoring the Master Production Schedule, controlling production orders, tracking production progress, and integrating information across departments to optimize processes. Analyze performance indicators and propose continuous improvements Job Description: * Develop and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS), considering sales forecasts, inventory levels, and installed capacity. * Control production orders, prioritizing based on demand and material availability. * Monitor production progress and propose adjustments to plans in response to deviations or unforeseen events. * Integrate information across Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Sales to ensure plan accuracy. * Analyze performance indicators (On-Time Delivery, lead time, productive efficiency, inventory turnover, etc.) and propose continuous improvements. * Participate in process optimization projects, cost reduction initiatives, and productivity enhancement efforts. * Support raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory management, ensuring appropriate stock levels. * Serve as a technical reference for analysts and assistants in the area, sharing knowledge and best practices.
