Respectful and professional environment **WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:** * Has strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and discretion in service delivery; * Is responsible, ethical, and organized, acting with confidentiality; * Can easily interact with the public, correctly guiding employees, visitors, and suppliers; * Demonstrates confidence and sound judgment to appropriately intervene in cases of internal policy violations; * Acts courteously, maintaining a respectful and professional environment; * Pays attention to detail and is committed to routines and procedures. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Serving the public, visitors, suppliers, and partners; * Handling telephone calls and routing them appropriately; * Distributing and managing responsibility documents, such as locker keys and identification badges; * Notifying employees for meal pickup; * Registering and monitoring employee entry and exit using a system; * Generating reports and managing access permissions (inclusion/exclusion) within the system; * Managing locker room locker users; * Managing keys, verifying appropriate usage, and checking vacant and empty lockers. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed high school education; * Easy access to the **Betim** region; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in public service and telephone support; * Courses in administration, public service, or reception will be considered an advantage.
