Join the largest electricity meter manufacturer in Latin America! ️ We are a 95-year-old company providing comprehensive technology and solutions for the electric power sector. \#VemSerNansen Responsibilities: * Support Systems, Infrastructure, and Data Analysts in developing, updating, and organizing technical and operational documentation. * Record procedures, workflows, manuals, and lessons learned, ensuring information standardization and traceability. * Support Level 1 (N1) technical support by opening, logging, and tracking service tickets. * Provide basic support to users for recurring hardware, software, and corporate system issues. * Assist in organizing the knowledge base and managing service tickets and incidents. * Support IT department administrative activities, such as access control, equipment inventory, and vendor demand follow-up. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or technical course in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields. * Basic understanding of technical support in Windows environments and corporate applications. * Fundamental knowledge of networks, systems, and IT infrastructure. * Strong documentation, information organization, and process standardization skills. Good communication, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills with users and technical teams
