Opportunity to apply bakery knowledge and good practices. #### **About the position:** * Work as a Bakery Assistant, supporting the production of bread, cakes, and other bakery products, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards. * Collaborate as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare ingredients and assist in the manufacturing process of bakery products. * Assist in operating equipment and machinery used in production. * Clean and organize the work area and utensils. * Inspect product quality during and after production. * Follow the company's food safety and hygiene regulations. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience as a Bakery Assistant or in food production. * Basic knowledge of bakery processes. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends if required. * Commitment to quality and workplace safety. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Technical or vocational training in baking or confectionery. * Knowledge of good manufacturing and food handling practices. * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills.
