Join us!** We are seeking a professional to work as a **Project Analyst \- PC**, responsible for the technical coordination and management of automotive projects for Stellantis. The professional will serve as the focal point between engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, suppliers, and the client, ensuring project adherence to schedule, cost, quality, and scope. * Lead automotive development projects from inception to completion; * Coordinate schedules, technical deliverables, and milestone tracking; * Interface directly with multidisciplinary teams at Stellantis and suppliers; * Monitor risks, action plans, and project KPIs; * Conduct technical and managerial meetings with stakeholders; * Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and timeline requirements; * Support validation, industrialization, and product launch processes; * Prepare executive reports and status presentations; * Address technical issues and manage project changes. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Automotive, Electrical, or related fields); * Experience in project management within the automotive sector; * Experience working with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers; * Knowledge of APQP, scheduling, risk management, and automotive development processes; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Primavera, or similar) is desirable. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience on Stellantis projects; * Knowledge of Power BI; * PMP or Scrum certification; * Experience in vehicle development, powertrain, interiors, chassis, or embedded electronics. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Daycare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
