




Job Summary: Assist in occupational health activities, providing support in examinations, consultations, and process organization, always under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Organization of materials, biosafety, and humanized care Provide support to occupational health activities, assisting in the execution of complementary examinations, on-site consultations, educational initiatives, and organizational processes within the department, always under supervision and in accordance with established procedures. * Assist in conducting complementary occupational examinations, including: * Electrocardiogram (ECG); * Electroencephalogram (EEG); * Visual acuity; * Spirometry; * Toxicological examination; * Support on-site activities, such as sample collection and procedures at companies/clients; * Assist in occupational health lectures and health promotion initiatives, supporting nursing and medical teams; * Prepare and organize materials and environments for examinations; * Support inventory control of nursing materials and equipment; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and biosafety standards; * Provide humanized care to employees/patients, offering guidance whenever necessary; * Perform sample collection, processing, batch creation, and dispatch to the laboratory; * Enter completed examinations into the INTEGRA system for specialist physician evaluation; * Monitor report release deadlines in INTEGRA; * When required, enter examination reports into additional systems; * Monitor the release of laboratory test results in INTEGRA; * Digitize manual medical records and enter them into the INTEGRA system; * Enter data into additional systems when required; * Validate the checklist of performed examinations using the attendance guide; * Complete the follow-up system when a new collection or occupational examination is needed, or when examinations must be repeated; * Inform patients and companies about the need for follow-up visits; * Enter data into the system when referrals to specialists—requested by the examining physician or Opus coordinator—are required; * Inform companies about referrals and send notifications to employees indicating which procedures they must undertake; * Ensure manual ASO posting in INTEGRA and additional systems when required; * Record in the follow-up system whether the ASO has been released and digitized; * Send ASOs to clients via e\-mail when required; * Submit eSocial events 2220 and 2221—or use additional systems—when required; * Sort medical records for dispatch to clients/companies; * Assist the front-desk department when required; * Fulfill requests from accredited clinics, including scheduling, monitoring ASO release, receiving medical records, and entering examinations into the system. * Any other occupational health activities necessary for smooth service delivery. * Perform tasks according to directives issued by supervisors.
