Organize and supervise laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with technical and biosafety standards; · Coordinate the execution of laboratory examinations, ensuring the quality and reliability of results; · Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control; · Monitor the use, maintenance, and preservation of laboratory equipment and supplies; · Guide and supervise the technical team, promoting continuous training and adherence to ethical standards; · Assume technical and legal responsibility for laboratory operations before regulatory agencies and professional councils; · Ensure compliance with sanitary surveillance regulations and applicable legislation.
