Assistance in analyzing and preparing contractual documents Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Relevant work experience preferred. * Driver's License Category B * Support construction coordination in internal and external communications regarding training sessions, information requests, various notices, etc. * Maintain control over open environmental forms for the engineering department and for construction companies providing services to the Concessionaire. * Assist engineering teams in the construction department by requesting supplies and resources from the procurement and warehouse departments. * Assist with administrative routines. * Support coordination in managing departmental vehicles by interfacing with the fleet management department. * Assist in controlling open environmental forms for the engineering department and for construction companies providing services to the Concessionaire. * Assist in managing Daily Construction Reports and Photographic Construction Reports. * Assist in analyzing measurement reports and participate in meetings with contractors, actively contributing to minutes and records preparation. * Assist in preparing Terms of Reference and other documents related to contract management. * Serve as the interface between field teams and engineering, assisting in data collection and document formalization. 2511040202261847980
