Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in precast concrete to lead and optimize the production of concrete artifacts, ensuring compliance and quality. Implement improvements in manufacturing processes We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team at a precast concrete factory, where you will have the opportunity to lead challenging projects and contribute to excellence in concrete artifact production. **PRECAST EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the production of precast components, ensuring all processes comply with technical and safety standards. * Develop and optimize structural precast designs, collaborating with production and engineering teams. * Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery and product quality. * Implement improvements in manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Manage the technical team and provide support on technical issues related to concrete production. * Prepare budgets for special projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active registration at CREA. * Proven experience in precast concrete factories or similar environments. * Knowledge of technical standards (ABNT, NBR) and quality management systems. * Ability to work collaboratively and lead complex projects. * Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
