Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to strategically and operationally manage procurement activities, lead purchasing processes, and ensure competitiveness and quality. Supplier development and qualification We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to operate strategically and operationally across all company procurement functions. This professional will be responsible for leading procurement processes for various categories, ensuring competitiveness, quality, delivery timelines, and alignment with internal policies and business needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage procurement processes for direct and indirect materials, MRO, services, and CAPEX. * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and contract closures with domestic suppliers. * Develop and qualify suppliers while maintaining active and strategic relationships. * Analyze costs, prepare comparative analysis reports, and continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction and optimization. * Lead contractual negotiations, including SLAs, delivery timelines, commercial terms, and service levels. * Collaborate with internal departments (maintenance, engineering, operations, finance, among others) to understand technical and strategic requirements. * Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. * Support continuous improvement projects and strategic initiatives within the procurement department. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. * Knowledge of commercial negotiations and cost analysis. * Experience in MRO and services procurement. * Analytical, organized approach with strong communication skills. * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Totvs). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in strategic sourcing. * Experience in industrial environments. * Experience in highway-related operations.
