We are seeking a professional to support the environmental area of Grupo Real, performing environmental indicator monitoring, recordkeeping, inspections, and on-site data collection, with a focus on environmental compliance and maintenance of operational routines to ensure adherence to applicable legislation and the company’s sustainability policies. Our company holds several important environmental certifications and recognitions, including: * Zero Waste Seal; * Green Seal for Responsible Socio-Environmental Management – Chico Mendes Institute; * Green Seal for Ecologically Correct Products – Chico Mendes Institute; * I Recycle Seal; * ESG FIEMS Seal. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor environmental compliance of the company’s activities and facilities, tracking indicators and conducting periodic audits. * Prepare and update required environmental documentation (licenses, authorizations, registrations) for company operations. * Coordinate collection, storage, transportation, and proper disposal of solid waste, liquid effluents, and atmospheric emissions. * Implement energy efficiency programs, rational water use, and material and input management. * Develop and execute environmental education and awareness initiatives for employees. * Monitor and report environmental performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements. * Serve as a communication link between the company, environmental agencies, and the local community. * Support the preparation of sustainability reports. * Contribute to certifications and awards relevant to the company in the field of Sustainability. * Conduct routine field environmental inspections (emissions, waste, effluents, storage, etc.) and record findings in designated spreadsheets and forms. * Complete environmental spreadsheets and controls, organizing physical and digital documents and files. * Support the collection and submission of environmental samples (water, soil, air, waste) per technical guidance. * Enter environmental indicator data into systems and spreadsheets according to established standards. * Assist in area signage, selective waste collection, waste disposal, and other operational procedures. * Report observed irregularities to immediate supervisors. * Monitor environmental service providers when necessary. * Support the technical team in organizing documents for audits and inspections. * Conduct internal and external training sessions and lectures. * Develop and monitor third-party partnership programs (community, farms, institutions, etc.) for selective waste collection and other initiatives yet to be developed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical or Higher Education in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of Sustainability, environmental licensing, or waste management is an advantage. * Familiarity with pr * Environmental indicator monitoring * Analytical capacity for data * Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (advanced Excel, specific environmental software). * Clear communication skills (to interact with environmental agencies, internal teams, and the community). * Environmental legislation * Teamwork and multidisciplinary perspective. * Knowledge of audits for ESG seals and certifications. * Proactivity in proposing sustainable and innovative solutions. **Additional Information** * Caju Multibenefícios Card; * On-site meals (breakfast and lunch); * Unimed Health Plan (co\-payment); * Conexa; * Psicologia Viva; * Wellhub (GymPass); * Pharmacy partnerships; * Semiannual bonus.
