Actively represent the company in civil and labor hearings We are seeking a professional responsible for litigation-related data collection to effectively defend the company's interests in civil and labor matters, prevent legal risks, and minimize financial impacts—by actively representing the company in hearings, monitoring legal proceedings, collecting and analyzing legal information, and providing continuous support to managers and other departments, thereby safeguarding the company's interests, integrity, and reputation across all business units within its operational region. Key responsibilities include: * Ensure the company avoids any default judgments by representing it in civil and labor hearings; * Collect and analyze relevant information related to ongoing cases—including documentation, deadlines, and legal procedures—through organized case-monitoring routines; * Represent the company in hearings and identify/solicit witnesses where testimonial evidence is required; * Collaborate to minimize legal vulnerabilities and prevent losses, preserving the company's interests and reputation, through meetings with attorneys, representatives, and witnesses for necessary clarifications; * Implement preventive actions by monitoring judgments, appeals, objections, expert reports, and litigation outcomes, and alerting internal practices that may trigger legal actions; * Disseminate legal-related information to other company departments, offering clarification support and guidance on legal matters; * Help prevent financial losses by monitoring settlement payments and managing hearing schedules; * Assist company attorneys and representatives by providing constitutive documents, powers of attorney, and authorizations enabling them to legally represent the company; * Monitor all administrative penalty notices, Public Civil Actions, and Conduct Adjustment Agreements received by the company through routine segment monitoring; * Support the legal preparation of Group managers serving as company representatives in hearings, advising them on appropriate conduct and arguments, and informing them of required legal procedures; * Provide necessary information to guide and assist management in decision-making, through preparing materials and participating in meetings regarding the company’s litigation matters; * Stay updated on laws and regulations applicable to the business to mitigate legal risks. What We Expect from Our Litigation Analyst: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Law. * Minimum 2 years of experience preferred. * Knowledge of training delivery and facilitation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
