Contribute to ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies and regulations across all construction monitoring activities, directly supporting Implementation Management in full alignment with Implementation Coordination/Management. Supervise and guide construction inspection teams and/or construction quality/laboratory teams related to implementation of construction projects, ensuring that all quality processes, as well as field service monitoring processes, comply with executive project designs and conform to technical specifications. Interact with other departments and stakeholders to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of deliverables and implementation management processes for construction projects, fully aligned with Implementation Coordination/Management. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in construction implementation management processes, fully aligned with Implementation Coordination/Management. Manage equipment and team resource maintenance plans, as well as those of third-party companies, through periodic monitoring, supporting Implementation Management in guaranteeing adherence to certification validity deadlines, proper equipment maintenance, operational safety specific to team functions, and field monitoring services. Conduct regular performance evaluations of the engineering team and provide feedback and guidance as required. Stay updated on technological advancements and industry best practices in engineering and construction.
