**Responsibilities and Duties**
Plan, coordinate, and supervise team processes and deliverables, as well as organize and define routine demands for team members in Construction Contractual Management and/or Quality Management, fully aligned with the scope and headcount defined by the Implementation Coordination/Management. Contribute to ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies and regulations across all construction site monitoring activities, directly supporting Construction Implementation Management in full alignment with Implementation Coordination/Management. Supervise and guide construction inspection teams and/or construction quality/laboratory teams related to Construction Implementation, ensuring that all quality processes, as well as field service monitoring processes, comply with execution projects and conform to technical specifications. Interact with other departments and stakeholders to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of Construction Implementation Management deliverables and processes, fully aligned with Implementation Coordination/Management. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in Construction Implementation Management processes, fully aligned with Implementation Coordination/Management. Manage equipment and team resource maintenance plans—including those of third-party companies—through periodic monitoring, supporting Implementation Management in guaranteeing compliance with certification validity deadlines, proper equipment maintenance, operational safety specific to team functions, and field monitoring services. Conduct regular performance evaluations of the engineering team and provide feedback and guidance as needed. Stay updated on technological advancements and industry best practices in engineering and construction. Resolve any issues or conflicts arising during engineering and construction project execution, acting within your autonomy and in full alignment with Implementation Coordination/Management.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:**
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience in Contractual Management
Experience in Construction Planning
Prior experience in Infrastructure Construction Projects
Driver’s License Category B
