Planning and control of construction execution \#1117 Construction Supervisor **Job Responsibilities:** Interpret projects, drawings, schedules, and technical specifications. Plan the execution of construction phases according to the established schedule. Assign tasks and guide work teams based on daily priorities. Monitor and inspect executed work, ensuring quality and technical compliance. Supervise masons, laborers, carpenters, ironworkers, and other construction professionals. Control achievement of targets, productivity, and deadlines. Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and materials. Request materials and supplies necessary for carrying out activities. Control receipt, storage, and consumption of materials. Prevent waste and safeguard conservation of construction resources. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (NRs). Instruct employees on correct use of PPE and safe work practices. Report and assist in investigating incidents and near-misses. Communicate with engineers, site managers, and supervisors for technical and operational alignment. Prepare daily production reports, attendance records, and activity progress updates. Report deviations, needs, or technical issues to the project manager. Supervise employee behavior, attendance, and performance. Participate in onboarding new employees at the construction site. Promote teamwork and adherence to internal policies. Ensure services are performed according to required quality standards. Conduct measurements of completed work for verification and productivity control. Accompany inspections and audits by competent authorities when necessary. **Required Qualifications:** Completed high school education (technical course in building construction or related fields preferred); Proven experience as a construction supervisor/coordinator or team leader in civil construction projects; Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings and documents; Basic understanding of occupational safety and team leadership. **We Offer:** CLT employment contract Salary of R$ 2\.497,00 \+ overtime pay Meal allowance of R$ 448.00/month Transportation allowance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 5:18 PM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance
