Job Summary: Assist the resident engineer in production planning, inputs, measurements, documentation, and occupational safety, ensuring smooth project operations. Key Highlights: 1. Crucial support in procurement administration and input control for construction projects. 2. Collaboration with engineers on contracts, measurements, and cost control. 3. Management of construction documentation and project control. Responsibilities: 1\- Assist in procurement administration of inputs required for project execution via the IFS system, ensuring timely availability of inputs at planned cost and specifications; 2\- Assist the resident engineer in contract preparation and in compiling and submitting monthly contractor measurements via the IFS system; 3\- Print and distribute frontline service input lists (kits) to the resident engineer and/or supervisor responsible for activity execution; 4\- Validate MPLs through discussions with the resident engineer or responsible supervisor, identifying possible discrepancies between budgeted and actual work; 5\- Notify the procurement department of identified discrepancies and monitor input surpluses and shortages; 6\- Accompany the resident engineer in cost control meetings and act per instructions regarding service and material procurement; 7\- Manage construction documentation concerning contracts, permits, inspection sheets (FIs), material verification sheets (FVMs), and addenda; 8\- Control project documents by identifying personnel holding them and updating them during revisions; 9\- Assist the resident engineer in implementing actions outlined in the PCMAT and PCMSO; 10\- Assist in monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance of construction equipment to ensure full operational readiness; 11\- Assist the construction administrator in coordinating tax payment submissions with contractors; **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist the resident engineer in production planning, input management, measurements, documentation, and occupational safety processes. **Additional Information** Operational Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company delivering real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects transforming cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team growing alongside our history.
