Join us and become part of a success story that will continue unfolding in the years ahead! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue and manage supplier guarantees through endorsement of CPRs (Rural Product Receipts), invoices, and assignment of receivables from grain sales. * Manage real guarantees provided to suppliers. * Manage inventory guarantees (monitored and non-monitored). * Register, track, and archive guarantee documents, maintaining updated records per transaction, customer, and supplier. * Register CPR endorsements with B3 (Brazilian Stock Exchange) and notary offices. * Support cancellation of customer CPRs at notary offices. * Monitor guarantee positions. * Monitor maturity dates, settlement deadlines, and fulfillment of obligations tied to issued guarantees. * Maintain the Guarantee Map up to date (consolidated position by supplier, transaction, and harvest season). * Support Commercial and Finance departments in supplier negotiations, ensuring documentary consistency. * Reconcile issued guarantees against contracts, grain sales, and the company’s financial obligations. * Ensure legal and accounting compliance across all guarantee operations. * Flag risks of guarantee overlap and propose corrective actions. * Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, audits, and credit committees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of fiscal documentation and administrative routines. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Prior experience or familiarity with the agro-industrial sector is desirable. * Knowledge of SIAGRI and SAP systems will be considered an advantage. * Experience managing real and inventory guarantees. * Ability to monitor deadlines, positions, and the Guarantee Map. * Knowledge of reconciliation with contracts, grain sales, and financial obligations. * Familiarity with legal and accounting compliance principles. * Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with Commercial and Finance departments. * Organized, detail-oriented, and analytically minded. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * Multi-benefit allowance; * Dental care plan; * Unimed health insurance with co-payment; * Birthday day off; * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions offering discounts on courses and training.
