Job Summary: Professional to perform account verification, classification, and reconciliation; prepare reports; and provide accounting support to branches within an agribusiness company. Participating in building an ecosystem of solutions We are an agribusiness company with over 50 stores and 2 animal nutrition manufacturing facilities across the North and Central-West regions of Brazil. We belong to an investment fund managed by Grupo Pátria and partner with major market brands such as Agroline, Casa da Lavoura, and Supremax—brands widely recognized and aligned with our mission of sustainable livestock development. Our goal is to build a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions through the consolidation of distribution channels, technology, innovation, and services, thereby enhancing our customers’ productivity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify document records, capture information, classify expenses, analyze and reconcile accounts to keep accounting operations up to date; * Record all transactions using current and valid information to comply with accounting legislation; * Perform accounting-related analysis, classification, and reconciliation activities; * Assist in preparing financial statements and trial balances, and draft accounting reports and other departmental financial statements; * Participate in routine accounting tasks, including classification and closing procedures, as well as compliance with accounting regulations and standard routines; * Prepare documentation and procedures for internal and external audits; * Provide accounting support and guidance to all company branches regarding accounting processes; * Monitor the company’s financial statements in accordance with applicable legislation; * Interpret technical accounting standards; * Support strategic decision-making through accounting data analysis and compilation; * Ensure accuracy and fidelity of information submitted for ancillary accounting obligations (ECD and ECF); * Close accounting accounts monthly to publish the trial balance; * Provide service and perform other professional duties related to and inherent to this position, as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. * Configure the Totvs system; * Attend meetings and training sessions as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Preferred Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting Sciences. **Additional Information** We are an agribusiness company with over 60 stores and 3 animal nutrition manufacturing facilities across the North and Central-West regions of Brazil.
