We are looking for a Temporary Accounting Coordinator to support the accounting area in managing routine tasks, overseeing closing processes, analyses, and providing team support during the contract period. You will join a close-knit and collaborative team, contributing to the organization and accuracy of accounting information that supports business decisions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate accounting closing processes, ensuring deadlines and information quality. * Supervise accounting reconciliations and review complex journal entries, guaranteeing accurate recognition of revenues, costs, and adjustments. * Coordinate the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements (FS) in accordance with CPC/IFRS and applicable legislation. * Manage and monitor derivative operations (agricultural, foreign exchange, and financial hedging), including accounting recording and impact analysis on results and equity. * Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external audits, providing information and ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards specific to agribusiness. * Support Treasury and Risk areas in the accounting treatment of such operations. * Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, promoting alignment with company objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences. * Active registration with CRC (Regional Accounting Council). * Proficiency in accounting closing and preparation of financial statements. * Knowledge of CPC and IFRS standards. * Experience with complex financial operations or derivatives is considered a plus. * Familiarity with agribusiness companies is a plus. * We seek an analytical, organized professional with strong communication and leadership skills. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * Multi-benefit card; * Dental assistance; * Unimed health plan with co-payment; * Birthday day off; * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions offering discounts on courses and training programs.
