Organization and attention to detail. * **Reception and Guest Welcoming:** Warmly greet customers upon arrival, escort them to their table, and courteously bid them farewell. * **Reservation Management:** Organize the table layout map, confirm reservations by phone/email, and manage the waitlist onsite or via applications. * **Customer Experience:** Accommodate customers at the bar if necessary, offering menus and preliminary information to ensure comfort during waiting periods. * **Internal Communication:** Serve as a liaison between the dining area and management, reporting on customer flow and special requirements. * **Presentation and Demeanor:** Maintain impeccable posture, appropriate attire (uniform), and exceptional courtesy. * **Requirements** * Prior experience in high-standard customer service (restaurants, hotels). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Resilience and ability to work under pressure. * Organization and attention to detail.
