Participate in the strategic analysis of opportunities, contributing to the technical and creative review of multidisciplinary proposals (urban planning, architecture, landscape design, interior design, among others). Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (LEGISLATION, TECHNICAL STANDARDS, among others) and industry best practices, guaranteeing quality, consistency, and positive market perception. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for **critically monitoring and analyzing the development of project deliverables**, ensuring **technical compliance and alignment with company guidelines**. Involved in **preparing briefings, checklists, and coordinating meetings with designers**, as well as **integrating projects** and proposing adjustments to ensure **harmony across disciplines and executive feasibility**. Conducts **quotations, proposal equalization, and procurement of suppliers and designers**. Acts as intermediary between **marketing, designers, and other departments**, ensuring **consistency of concept and brand identity**. Contributes to the **validation of graphic materials and technical specifications**, **optimizing cost, quality, and maintenance**. Monitors the **development of interiors and common areas**, supporting construction with project improvements and adaptations. Stays updated on **real estate market and consumer behavior trends**, proposing innovative solutions and finishes aligned with the company's technical guidelines. Continuously monitors real estate market trends and consumer behavior, suggesting innovative design and finishing solutions that maintain developments competitive and aligned with technical guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Revit. Knowledge of multidisciplinary project analysis. Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings.
