Encourage teamwork and a collaborative, productive, and safe work environment. **Mission** Ensure excellence in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, guaranteeing asset reliability and compliance with safety, quality, and performance targets. Act as a technical reference in the field, leading by example, developing the team, and promoting cross-functional integration, with emphasis on continuous improvement and high operational availability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily resources required (materials, tools, and personnel) for executing electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities; * Support the Maintenance Supervisor in workforce allocation according to priorities and established scheduling; * Provide technical support to teams, defining the best approach based on procedures, drawings, and technical standards; * Encourage teamwork and a collaborative, productive, and safe work environment; * Perform high-complexity interventions in electrical and instrumentation systems, acting as a technical multiplier; * Support supervision in planning, reviewing, and controlling the electrical maintenance budget; * Collaborate with Production, PCM, Safety, and Engineering departments to ensure asset performance and availability. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Instrumentation, or related fields; * Experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance; * Experience in an industrial environment; * Preferred experience with decanters, centrifuges, dryers, and bagging machines; * Knowledge of 5S, continuous improvement, and safety regulations (NR-10, NR-12, and NR-13).
