Strategic management of preventive and corrective maintenance Responsible for supervising internal and external maintenance activities, guiding and monitoring the team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Ensuring vehicle integrity while under their responsibility, planning maintenance activities while respecting cost constraints and guaranteeing that the fleet consistently meets operational standards. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; \- Experience in supervision or coordination roles within maintenance departments; \- Experience in the maintenance department of a transportation company. **Responsibilities:** \- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure vehicles remain operational within safety and quality standards; \- Activity Monitoring: Supervise and monitor ongoing and scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets, and making decisions to resolve unexpected issues; \- Budget Control: Manage the maintenance department's budget, seeking solutions to optimize operational costs and ensuring expenditures remain within established limits; \- Spare Parts and Materials Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and materials required for maintenance activities, placing purchase requests and ensuring adequate supply; \- Generate detailed reports on maintenance history and critical situations, reporting to company leadership. **Skills:** \- Cost and budget management; \- Planning; \- Organization; \- Technical knowledge of vehicles and equipment; \- Knowledge of transportation regulations. **Competencies:** \- Leadership and team management; \- Effective communication; \- Problem solving; \- Decision making; \- Results orientation; \- Adaptability; \- Flexibility.
