Operates both operationally and strategically, serving as a technical reference in the kitchen and contributing to innovation, sustainability, and departmental profitability. * Support the Head Chef in supervising daily kitchen operations; * Ensure correct execution of recipes and presentation standards; * Supervise the team regarding shifts, scheduling, and operational training; * Monitor hygiene, food safety, and organization of workspaces; * Participate in dish development and recipe testing; * Substitute for the Head Chef during absences, ensuring operational continuity; * Mandatory use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) – hairnet, apron, thermal gloves, disposable gloves, safety shoes, disposable mask; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training sessions for the area of responsibility, delivered via e-learning, in-person, or as directed by management. Technical Requirements and Experience: * Gastronomy degree or related field is preferred; * Experience as a Sous Chef or Cook in hospitality settings; * Knowledge of food safety (GMP, HACCP); * Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications.
