Organization and hygiene in the bakery department Job Description: * Produce and bake bread, baguettes, brioche, croissants, puff pastries, savory doughs, and other bakery items, ensuring flavor, quality, and visual standards; * Prepare bakery products for breakfast, restaurants, events, and room service; * Develop bread and bakery product recipes, adapting them to hotel requirements and customer profiles; * Monitor fermentation processes, preparation times, and temperatures to ensure production standardization; * Organize and maintain inventory of bakery ingredients and raw materials, observing expiration dates and proper storage practices; * Comply with food safety, hygiene, and correct equipment usage standards; * Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in planning bakery production according to occupancy levels and events; * Ensure cleaning, organization, and maintenance of bakery equipment and utensils, keeping work surfaces organized and sanitized in accordance with established cleaning standards; * Mandatory use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) – hairnet, apron, thermal gloves, disposable gloves, safety shoes, disposable mask; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training for the area of responsibility, delivered via e-learning, in-person sessions, or as directed by management. Requirements: * Prior professional bakery experience (hotels, bakeries, or large-scale restaurants); * Knowledge of artisanal and industrial baking techniques; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, discipline, and ability to work effectively in a team.
