Job Summary:
Support Supply Chain departments in HR processes, people management, and organizational climate, preparing reports and ensuring compliance.
Key Highlights:
1. Strategic HR support for Supply Chain, manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics.
2. Comprehensive support in people management and organizational climate.
3. Preparation of reports for monitoring key performance indicators.
**Responsibilities:**
Support Supply Chain departments (manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics) across all HR processes;
Manage timekeeping, absenteeism, vacation, and hour bank records;
Provide support for hiring, internal transfers, and terminations;
Assist leadership on people management and organizational climate topics;
Prepare reports and presentations to monitor people and management KPIs;
Collaborate with corporate departments to ensure internal process compliance.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or related fields;
Prior experience in HR focused on operational areas/Supply Chain;
Proficiency in Excel and HR management systems (SAP is a plus);
Driver's license category B – mandatory (for travel and onsite support);
**Minimum Education Level:** Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
