Track performance, productivity, and quality indicators. Support route planning, load scheduling, and delivery control. Serve as liaison between administrative and operational departments. Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions. Ensure adherence to regulations, deadlines, and internal procedures. Requirements: Experience in the transportation sector, preferably with less-than-truckload (LTL) freight (preferred qualification). Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. Knowledge of logistics, operational control, and management systems.
