Job Summary: Responsible for providing support to administrative and operational activities within the Procurement department, contributing to organization, efficiency, and compliance in operations, with the aim of professional development. Team support for efficiency and organization Responsible for supporting administrative and operational activities of the Procurement department and internal processes, contributing to organization, efficiency, and compliance in operations. Key responsibilities include: supporting the team in opening and tracking service requests, completing and updating spreadsheets, assisting negotiators with their tasks, and supporting the team’s routine activities.
