




Job Summary: ABecker Group is seeking an Apprentice to provide administrative support, organize documents, serve customers, and participate in training programs within a professional development-oriented environment. We are committed to valuing our employees and investing in their career development, fostering a high-quality work environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize physical and digital documents and files; * Provide support in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings; * Deliver friendly telephone and in-person customer service; * Assist with typing, formatting, and sending various documents; * Help update customer registrations and data; * Perform various administrative tasks as required by the department; * Participate in internal training programs for capacity building and development. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; * 4 days at the office, 1 day for coursework.
