Strong drive to make things happen, high energy, and innovative spirit **Your challenge will be:** * Perform trip monitoring and tracking; * Handle insurance claim events related to Losses, Damages, and Incidents; * Provide proactive and responsive phone support to customers, partners, and suppliers for clarifications and guidance regarding tracked and/or monitored trips; * Operate internal systems (SGR, Rastrear 4\.0, SIL). **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Office suite knowledge is desirable; * Flexibility regarding work hours; * Strong drive to make things happen, high energy, innovative spirit, and a proactive attitude!
